A message to young women... I often find myself thinking, “I wish I knew then what I know now.” Life would have been easier if someone had taught me certain lessons earlier. But the truth is, guidance can only take us so far, the choices we make are our own, and it’s through those choices and experiences that we grow. As women, the world can sometimes break us down. That’s why it’s so important to build ourselves up, to create a firm foundation that cannot be shaken, no matter what challenges come our way. By foundation, I don’t mean financial security. I mean mental strength, physical well‑being, and a healthy view of yourself. These are the pillars that will carry you through disappointments, setbacks, and trying times.
